    1. this hair is a package so you would have to put it in : /electronic arts/the sims 3/mods (you have to make that)/ then packages (you have to make this too)

This guide should explain how to install package files (plus it includes a link to download a already made Mods folder so all you have to do is follow the instructions given.)

  3. I always love your work. But, I'd like to make a small suggestion, if I may. I just wish that I was able to be 100% sure which hair (adjust shine/ea highlights) went with with picture. It might help if you put the download buttons under the actual picture of the hair or somehow label the picture. I have played The Sims forEVER! LOL! So, I can usually figure it out. Either way, I am always downloading your work. BEAUTIFUL! This retexture is gorgeous and I'm loving the streaked one!

    1. You don't use the launcher. You extract this and it goes into your package folder.

    2. On simtech you will find a haircolorpack done by inamac.
      http://simtech.forumotion.co.uk/t1061-hair-colour-pack

And this site is also usefull to use it:
      http://www.quackit.com/css/css_color_codes.cfm
Yes, it's about css color codes, but you could use those for using in the sims 3 as well. You can use the hexadecimal code with patterns and the decimal code with hair colors. So if you like to use pink, then use 255 for red, 192 for green and 203 for blue.
